Information you share
When you submit a project enquiry, we receive your name, email address, selected service and project details. Phone, company, budget and project type are optional. Please share only the information needed to discuss the project and avoid sensitive or confidential material in the initial form.
How we use enquiry information
We use the information to review your enquiry, contact you about it and discuss a potential project scope. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing communications. We do not sell enquiry information.
Form processing and hosting
The contact form sends information to FormSubmit, a third-party form-processing service, for delivery to our enquiry email. That service may process technical request information and apply its own anti-spam controls. The hosting provider also processes technical information needed to serve and secure the website. Review these providers’ policies before sending information you consider sensitive.
Browser storage and optional features
This website stores your cookie-consent choice and successful enquiry timestamps in localStorage. Timestamps support a best-effort limit of three successful submissions per rolling five hours. A short-lived submission lock helps reduce duplicate requests across tabs. The contact page offers Google Maps for the listed offices. Maps load only after map preferences are enabled or you select Load map. This connects your browser to Google, which may process your IP address and browser information. No optional analytics or marketing scripts are currently installed. If added, they must respect your consent preferences.
Retention and your choices
Enquiry information is retained only as needed to address the enquiry, manage a resulting project or meet applicable obligations. You can ask about the information associated with your enquiry and request correction or deletion, subject to applicable requirements. You can change your cookie choices using Cookie settings in the footer and clear browser storage through your browser.
