Using this website

The website provides general information about Design Matrics services. You may use it to explore services and send legitimate project enquiries. Do not misuse the contact form, attempt to disrupt the website or submit information you are not authorized to share.

Information and project scope

Service descriptions and articles are general guidance. They do not replace project-specific professional, engineering or regulatory advice. Deliverables, timelines, fees, revision allowances, file formats and responsibilities must be agreed in a separate project proposal or contract. A website enquiry does not create a project engagement.

Approvals and professional responsibility

Any authority approvals, statutory obligations and professional sign-off requirements must be addressed by the appropriately appointed project professionals. Drawing and modeling support does not itself guarantee a permit, regulatory approval or construction suitability.

Content and images

Website imagery is illustrative and is not presented as evidence of completed Design Matrics projects. Architectural reference photographs are sourced from Unsplash. Content may not be reproduced or used in a misleading way, subject to the rights and licenses applicable to each asset.

Third-party services

The enquiry form uses FormSubmit, and the contact page can load Google Maps with your preferences permission. Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but availability, service descriptions and content may change. We do not promise uninterrupted access.

Limitations and contact

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Design Matrics is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on general website content without a project-specific assessment. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
